NurseBrain exists to reduce documentation burden for nurses. Too many nurses spend more time charting than caring for patients. We’re changing that with AI-powered tools that simplify SBAR documentation, streamline handoffs, and keep everything organized — from phone to watch to web.

The enterprise platform for hospitals, long-term care, rehab centers, and home health organizations. FHIR-integrated with major EHR systems.
Security & Compliance
We take patient data seriously. NurseBrain is HIPAA-compliant with SOC 2-aligned controls, end-to-end encryption, biometric authentication, and audit logging. We maintain business associate agreements with all hosting and service providers.
