Our Mission
NurseBrain exists to reduce the nursing documentation burden. Too many nurses spend more time charting than caring for patients. We’re changing that with tools that simplify SBAR documentation, make nursing handoffs easier, and keep everything organized, from phone to watch to web.
Who We Are
We’re a team of nurses and engineers who understand the realities of bedside care. Every feature in NurseBrain comes from real nursing workflows (shift handoffs, brain sheets, report sheets, patient tracking, voice charting) because we’ve lived it.
What We Build
NurseBrain® Synapse
Our clinical workflow app for individual nurses and nursing students. It helps you stay organized throughout your shift with brain sheets, patients, tasks, notes, SBAR handoffs, voice capture, and an in-app assistant, so when it’s time to document, everything is already there. Available on iOS, Android, smart watch, and web.
NurseBrain Platform
Visibility into nursing operations for healthcare organizations.
Security & Compliance
We take patient data seriously. NurseBrain is built to support HIPAA requirements, with SOC 2-aligned controls, encryption in transit and at rest, biometric authentication, and audit logging. We maintain business associate agreements with our hosting provider.
