Is there a free version?
The brain sheet templates on this site are free to download and print. The NurseBrain Synapse app (the Synapse assistant, voice-first shift notes, premium brain sheets, shift analytics, and handoff reports) is a paid subscription, monthly or annual.
Should I pick monthly or annual?
Annual is the better deal. $239.99 a year works out to about $20 a month, roughly half the $39.99 monthly price, and gives you the same full access. Monthly is month-to-month if you'd rather not commit.
How does student pricing work?
Nursing students get 40% off the Professional plan ($11.99/mo on annual, $23.99/mo monthly). Sign up with your school (.edu) email and verify it, and the discount applies for 12 months. Re-verify each year you're still in school to keep it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account or the billing portal. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
