SMS Terms

Program

NurseBrain® (Nurse Brainer Inc) sends text messages only as part of one-to-one business conversations with professional contacts and business partners, such as scheduling and following up on meetings. We do not text users of our apps about their accounts, and we do not send marketing text messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving our team verbal consent during a phone call. We then send one text message confirming that you are opted in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the conversation.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. We send one message confirming that you are opted out, and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@nursingbrain.app.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing and will not be shared with any third parties. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle other information.
